Responsibilities
Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business objectives, and team dynamics to identify ideal candidate profiles.
Leverage data to advise hiring managers on market trends and competitive hiring strategies.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and highly qualified candidate pool using channels such as LinkedIn, networking events, industry forums, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Act as a candidate advocate, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and organizational goals.
Implement an Account Management type structure to maintain regular check ins with the hiring managers as well as the senior stakeholders.
Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics) and provide insights to leadership.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Required
8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in a tech company.
Proven track record of successfully filling niche and high-impact roles in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Preferred
Expertise in sourcing and recruiting strategies, including deep knowledge of market trends, talent networks, and technology tools.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on delivering a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.
High level of proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, SuccessFactors), sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
