Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offers, ensuring a smooth and 'white-glove' experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and deliver candidates who align with the company’s culture and goals, while maintaining strong relationships and a professional executive presence.
Show enthusiasm and adeptness in managing high volume searches while also demonstrating the presence, judgment and skill to manage occasional executive-level searches.
Work closely with internal Talent Acquisition and Teammate Success stakeholders to present a unified 'one-team' approach across the organization, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration.
Oversee scheduling, coordination, and communication with candidates to ensure a positive, professional hiring manager and candidate experience at every stage.
Provide expert advice on offers, negotiations, and closing candidates, acting as a trusted partner to both the company and the candidates.
Utilize your network and tools to build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality talent, driven by a genuine passion for recruitment across all levels.
Excellently manage search firm relationships and key components of an interview process for a PE-backed company.

Required
6-8 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on US talent acquisition.
Strong expertise in sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and candidate engagement strategies.
Familiarity with executive searches and a solid understanding of the leadership talent market.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A passion for growth and enthusiasm for building diverse, high-performing teams.
Preferred
Experience hiring in Europe: Netherlands, Poland, London, and Israel is a plus.
Experience with Workday is a bonus.
