Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive library of market and talent landscape intelligence that is leveraged across all levels of the enterprise, including People Team insights and executive level talent decisions.
Conduct in-depth research on talent availability, skill trends, and workforce demographics within target markets.
Analyze competitor hiring strategies, workforce demographics, and talent movement trends.
Translate data into executive summaries and actionable insights.
Develop and deliver comprehensive intelligence reports and presentations that synthesize talent intelligence data into actionable insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations to HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to enhance talent strategies and workforce planning.
Drive compelling recommendations on optimal sourcing channels based on data insights and research findings.
Leverage and analyze data from various sources to identify trends in talent attraction and industry developments.
Partner with leaders from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR and executive team to understand their needs and align talent and market insights with organizational goals.
Act as subject matter expert on talent intelligence and market research methodologies.
Design effective methods to track and report on competitive landscape dimensions including workforce environment, hiring patterns and strategies, industry trends, market position, economic and labor trends, etc.
Provide recommendations based on analysis to keep the organization competitive as a talent destination.
Manage efforts, in collaboration with TA, Talent Management and HR leadership, to identify skill gaps and talent risks within the organization and recommend proactive strategies to address them.
Develop initiatives to diversify talent pipelines and optimize talent strategies.
Leverage advanced analytics tools, market intelligence platforms, and databases to collect and analyze talent-related data.
Stay current on new technologies and methodologies in talent research including AI, Gen AI, Machine Learning and its impact in tools and practices for the sourcing and recruitment of talent.
Mentor and coach talent teams on best practices in talent intelligence, market research and competitive analysis.
Cultivate innovation and drive continuous improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's Degree Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required
7+ years experience in talent research, talent intelligence, executive search, direct sourcing, full life-cycle recruitment, related talent management or data analytics experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment required
