Required
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruiting or a related role, demonstrating a track record of delivering results in talent acquisition.
Expertise in building strong relationships with candidates and clients, assessing qualifications, and matching talent to organizational needs.
A proactive and professional communicator who values collaboration, respects diversity, and is motivated to succeed.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to foster a high-performing, team-oriented culture.
