Responsibilities
Engage effectively with management, clients, and the accounting team to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Understand and manage firm risk associated with taxes and proposals.
Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects; assess performance for tax engagements and year-end provisions.
Perform quality reviews of tax returns and financial statement footnotes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with partners and staff to integrate practice development skills into a cohesive client service and business development approach.
Recruit, retain, and coach staff to achieve professional goals and objectives.
Work with property owners, developers, and management companies on tax strategy, research, planning, compliance, and other tax-related consulting.
Oversee all aspects of client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring actual performance against budgeted time.

Required
CPA License: Required.
Experience: 10+ years of public accounting tax experience, including corporate tax compliance and consulting.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
Analytical skills with the capacity to explain results in an accessible manner.
Proven ability to prioritize workloads and deliver results in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Capable of working independently, collaboratively, and in partnership with others.
