Responsibilities

Drive the strategic direction of our tax services, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
Develop and implement innovative tax planning strategies for a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance with current federal and state tax laws.
Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, delivering exceptional service and cultivating strong, lasting relationships.
Oversee the efficient and effective delivery of tax services, managing workloads to ensure a balanced approach to professional and personal life.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
Leverage the latest in tax software and technology to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting.
CPA License or EA designation required.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in tax, with a strong foundation in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role within a tax department.
Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage teams in a virtual environment.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in tax software (e.g., RIA Checkpoint, UltraTax, Workpapers) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
