Responsibilities

Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify new business opportunities in the software industry. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Analyse market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches.
Build and Manage Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of software projects in Java Full Stack, React, Angular, and Node.js technologies. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends. Identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Networking and Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Build a network of contacts to facilitate business growth.

Required

Over 7 years of experience in software company sales and business development.
Must be based in Texas, USA.
Proven record of building and managing a client base in previous roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to set and achieve sales targets consistently.

Preferred

Experience in Salesforce Business Development is an added advantage.
