Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement data solutions that solve business problems for clients.

Participate in the development of project plans and strategies to achieve client objectives across analytics and AI use cases.

Assist in the design and implementation of data architectures for analytics, reporting, and software applications.

Support project delivery by managing timelines, ensuring quality, and delivering within the project scope.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and proposing data-driven solutions.

Collaborate with senior team members to identify potential areas for service expansion and contribute to business growth.

Actively participate in client meetings and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Contribute to the mentoring of junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Required

Experience working in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or as a Developer in data-related projects.

Solid understanding of data modeling concepts with experience designing and implementing data models for applications or reporting.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Amazon Redshift, and/or Google BigQuery.

Experience with cloud-related technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools like DBT, Matillion, Fivetran, Coalesce or SSIS.

Experience working with Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.).

Demonstrate technical capabilities and growing professional knowledge in data-related disciplines.

Preferred

Passion about solving business problems by turning raw data into actionable insights.

A strong desire to work hands-on developing Data Warehousing, reporting and performance management solutions across a range of industries and functional disciplines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A curious mindset and an insatiable willingness to learn.
