Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Okta CIC and Auth0 implementations, configurations, and integrations.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, assess existing identity infrastructure, and propose tailored solutions.
Design and implement secure, scalable authentication and authorization flows using Okta CIC and Auth0 features, including:
Social logins, SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
API authentication and token management (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
Develop and deploy custom rules, hooks, and integrations within Auth0 and Okta CIC to meet client-specific requirements.
Provide hands-on support for migrations from legacy IAM systems to Auth0 or Okta CIC.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, and integration.
Train client teams on the use and administration of Okta CIC and Auth0 platforms.

Required
4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Okta CIC and Auth0.
Hands-on expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML protocols.
Building and managing custom authentication/authorization flows.
Integrating IAM systems with APIs, microservices, and third-party applications.
Proficiency in backend programming (e.g., Node.js, Python) and scripting for custom integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., GitLab, Terraform, AWS).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience with other IAM platforms, such as Ping Identity or ForgeRock.
Knowledge of security best practices, including threat modeling and compliance (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
Certifications in IAM technologies (e.g., Okta Certified Professional/Developer, Auth0 Practitioner).
