Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project implementations, integrations, and deliveries, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
Act as the technical authority for system architecture, design, and development using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, database administration (DBA), DevOps, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with project goals.
Oversee infrastructure, database design, and security measures to ensure robust, scalable, and secure applications.
Manage the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Provide hands-on leadership in coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve development efficiency and quality.
Utilize tools such as Power BI to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, applying them to enhance project outcomes.

Required

10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
Strong expertise in Angular and Azure DevOps.
Proven experience in technical leadership, including guiding development teams and delivering complex projects.
Deep understanding of .NET, Angular, and Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in database administration and development (SQL Server or similar).
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, security protocols, and system integration.
Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Must be able to obtain/maintain public trust clearance.
