Responsibilities
Train distributors and partners’ staff on operations and installations of Enginuity CHP products and systems, as well as integration with additional components such as chillers and batteries.
Provide pre-sale technical support to help Enginuity and our channel partners convert opportunities into closed deals.
Provide post-sale troubleshooting & customer support as needed.
Key interphase with our manufacturing partners & manufacturing representatives.
Provide technical input in developing marketing and technical collateral.
Contribute to Enginuity customer/partner technical service center.
Support technical demonstrations, as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field – or equivalent experience.
10+ Years experience in operations and installation in buildings, preferably within the commercial HVAC, generator, and chiller sectors.
Proven ability to train sales force and distributor staff on technical aspects of products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel (50%) for client meetings, internal meetings and industry events.
Preferred
Strong understanding of micro (<50 kW) and smaller Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems (<500 kW) and their applications is a PLUS, but not required.
