Responsibilities

You will own multiple software products within Standvast’s supply chain platform

Work closely with engineers, customers, customer success teams, and operations teams to understand opportunities and propose innovative solutions

Own and drive your product roadmap, enrolling others where necessary

Understand the market landscape and own your go-to-market strategies (e.g. phasing, pricing, legal)

Manage priorities between new initiatives, enhancements, customer requests, and technical debt

Travel to our warehouse sites at least 4 times a year to see the solution space first hand

Required

5+ years of software product management experience in a 'build' software engineering team

Supply chain experience in at least one area (e.g. Fulfillment, demand planning, transportation) and a track record of delivering supply chain software solutions

Ability to apply superior analytical skills problems and distill them to clear requirements for engineering implementation

Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with user-centered design and UX

BS in Computer Science or related technical field
