Responsibilities
Develop and manage the roadmap for essential technology services.
Apply a product-focused approach to technology platform initiatives.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create efficient, reusable shared services and data solutions that enhance the omnichannel customer experience.
Align with partners to establish shared goals and improve customer outcomes through clear communication and expectation-setting.
Define the product vision and strategy for the self-service customer experience team.
Collaborate closely with sales and engineering to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Create a product roadmap from conception to launch, driving product vision and weighing trade-offs to deliver high-impact product experiences.
Balance quick wins, experimentation, and tech-debt with a long-term feature roadmap.
Work closely with product and engineering leadership to understand cross-team dependencies and develop concrete execution plans that meet customer needs while managing the complexities of shipping sophisticated software across multiple teams.
Collaborate with the data analytics team to identify and quantify success criteria for all products and features.
Conduct research and interview customers to thoroughly understand their pain points and prioritize needs across the customer base.

Required
4+ years of product management experience, particularly in managing complex technical products.
A strong product sense and experience synthesizing large amounts of information into clear and actionable product requirements.
Proven ability to brainstorm abstract ideas and translate them into concrete specifications while collaborating with engineering and design teams.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize actionable next steps effectively.
A bias for action.
Ability to delve deep into complex issues while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
Preferred
Experience writing client libraries and SDKs.
Relevant experience in product-led growth within a B2B SaaS company.
Familiarity with the developer-tools ecosystem.
