Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of products supporting corporate affairs, legal compliance, and risk management, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Act as the bridge between Corporate Affairs, Legal teams, business stakeholders, IT, and development teams to gather requirements, define capabilities, and manage expectations.

Clearly communicate the value of legal and corporate affairs products to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Drive the creation of product roadmaps, define business value, assess costs, and shape product strategy with a focus on launching and enhancing product functionalities.

Maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor and optimize product performance for initiatives.

Integrate data from key sources (e.g., CLM, DMS, GRC systems) to generate actionable insights that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure product development adheres to best practices.

Leverage Agile tools like Jira to manage workflows and track progress across legal and compliance initiatives.

Required

6-8+ years of experience in product management or technical product development, with at least 3 years focused on legal, compliance, or corporate affairs products.

Demonstrated expertise with legal and corporate affairs systems and technologies, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Document Management Systems (DMS), e-Discovery tools, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.

Strong knowledge of data architecture and integrations for legal and corporate affairs analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for managing product lifecycles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across Legal, IT, and business teams.

Proven ability to operate effectively within Eastern Time Zone hours and manage offshore development teams.

Ability to translate technical legal concepts into business terms and vice versa.

Ability to hit the ground running in an ambiguous business environment and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
