Responsibilities
Support various product teams in evaluating and selecting software solutions, including SaaS (Software as a Service) and COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) products.
Conduct market research on software solutions and perform cost-benefit analyses for both COTS and SaaS products, as well as evaluate different supplier offerings.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making, with hands-on experience in software integrations.
Experience working with state or federal government clients, understanding their unique needs and processes.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare processes, with a focus on working with state or federal government clients.
Possess relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO), with additional certifications considered.
Familiarity with the procurement and implementation processes in state or federal government contracts, including bidding and project execution.
Strong understanding of software selection and integration processes, particularly as they relate to healthcare workflows and patient care lifecycle management.
Ability to evaluate technical products and software using both quantitative and qualitative methods, specifically for application in proposed federal and state government contracts.
Present clear, actionable recommendations to both technical (IT, engineering) and non-technical (procurement, business development, contract management) stakeholders, including senior management.
