Responsibilities

Drive technical platform investments across Azure engineering teams.

Prepare and contribute to high quality executive reviews.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish and execute on plans for improving those KPIs.

Partner with data scientists and engineers on scenario design, product tradeoffs, incremental delivery.

Analyze data and dashboards deeply to drive your programs.

Engage with customers to understand gaps and prioritize capabilities with engineering teams.

Define the strategy and roadmap for key programs

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.

OR equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

2+ years driving deep technical programs in a cloud environment.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.

OR equivalent experience.

6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

2+ year(s) experience working with Big data/complex data or state of the art AI/ML technology.

1+ years of experience building platform components and services.
