Responsibilities
Lead complex projects in financial systems and data products, including system consolidation, data ingestion, and product development. Create and manage project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery using tools like MS Project.
Serve as a liaison between Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors, aligning objectives and deliverables. Gather requirements, assess dependencies, and provide proactive solutions for successful outcomes.
Oversee financial system integration projects, including A/R, SAP, and HR systems, to streamline operations. Deliver financial data products by coordinating cross-functional teams and applying technical expertise.
Manage third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure goals are met, fostering clear communication and accountability.
Tackle challenges with a solutions-driven mindset, adapting to shifting priorities while improving processes, team efficiency, and project value.

Required
6-8+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager, including 4+ years managing complex financial system integration projects involving system consolidation and data sourcing.
Strong expertise in data integration processes, ETL pipelines, and testing methodologies (unit, integration, and business testing).
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project (or equivalent) and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
Proven ability to operate within Eastern Time Zone hours and coordinate effectively with offshore development teams.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities in ambiguous business environments, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
