Responsibilities

Coordinate with engineering managers to create detailed project plans that outline specific tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required to achieve project goals.

Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations that provide insights into project status, risks, and outcomes.

Create RAID logs to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and potential issues.

Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.

Continuously evaluate project management processes and make recommendations for improvements.

This is a hands-on role; you will be responsible for creating many types of project artifacts and deliverables.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role, managing large-scale and complex projects in an Agile software development company.

Proficient with Jira Software; especially Reporting and Advanced Roadmaps.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail regarding deadlines and milestones.

Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Professional certification such as PMP

Familiarity with other project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday).

Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
