Responsibilities
Source, attract, and onboard top talent for related technologies, specifically Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS).
Seek out well-qualified applicants and further encourage them to apply for available positions.
Screen selected candidates for validation of skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge in relation to role requirements using standardized behavioral-based interview/screening techniques.
Provide feedback to management regarding applicant details.
Write and edit job postings, create and execute recruiting strategies, screen qualified candidates, and provide regular key updates to Leadership team.
Develop and maintain a selective pool of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to determine appropriate sourcing strategies needed based on business needs.
Utilize tools to build and maintain a candidate pipeline such as job boards, job fairs, social media, networking.
Enhancement of online recruitment systems and existing platforms through professional expertise to achieve desired results.
Work as a key member in supporting the company’s Diversity Initiatives with a focus on networking and talent acquisition.
Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implement complex and unique recruiting approaches.
Ensure efficiency with processes such as compliance, offer negotiation, etc.
Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.
Desire to enhance existing network to find qualified passive candidates by attending networking events on behalf of Atom.

Required
5+ years previous recruiting experience with technical roles related to Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS).
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing candidates.
Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred along with thorough knowledge of IT and/or shared services industry recruitment.
Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer technical questions.
Ability and competency to carry out responsibilities in a manner that exceeds expectations.
Must have proven success in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Established path of success in candidate generation & strong candidate assessment skills.
Experience using Boolean talent search.
Exceptional initiative, with the ability to extract information and work autonomously when required.
A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
