Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers for various roles across the company.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, networking, social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (Lever) to build a strong talent pipeline.
Partner with hiring managers and people business partners to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruiting strategies.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates from first contact through to the offer stage, providing clear communication and feedback throughout the process.
Conduct interviews, utilizing structured interview techniques to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role.
Help promote the company’s employer brand by engaging with candidates, attending job fairs, and leveraging social media and networking channels.
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire) and provide regular updates to hiring managers and senior leadership on the status of open requisitions.
Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process, identifying areas for greater efficiency, candidate engagement, and overall success.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions to inform recruiting strategies and offer competitive advantages.

Required
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
5+ years recruiting for product and software engineering roles.
Strong sourcing and networking skills, with proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Expertise in interviewing techniques, including behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
