Responsibilities
Strategically identify and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, professional associations, and talent communities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared and non-cleared candidates for current and future needs, focusing on high-demand technical and functional roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Recruit for positions aligned with government contracting requirements, including understanding clearance levels (e.g., Secret, TS/SCI) and adhering to FAR, DFARS, and other regulations.
Partner closely with hiring managers, proposal teams, and leadership to anticipate staffing needs, develop hiring strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.
Support global hiring efforts, including sourcing candidates for overseas assignments, understanding regional compliance requirements, and managing relocation processes.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with OFCCP, EEO, and other applicable laws, maintaining accurate records in the ATS and providing regular hiring metrics to leadership.
Promote the organization’s mission and culture through targeted outreach, social media campaigns, and participation in industry events to attract diverse talent.
Stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies and enhance candidate engagement.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the Talent Acquisition team’s service delivery, such as process improvement projects, implementing new tools or technologies, and developing best practices.
Contribute to business development and thought leadership through content creation, industry presentations, and identifying growth opportunities in federal sector OD and talent management. (Must be on all JDs)

Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, plus at least 4 years of related experience.
Proven successful experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, including a track record of proactive sourcing for government contracting roles.
Strong understanding of technical roles, such as software development, cybersecurity, and data analysis, and familiarity with industry tools and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and tight deadlines.
Familiarity with hiring regulations and requirements, including OFCCP, EEO, and other government-specific compliance standards.
Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, Taleo), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools like Hiretual or SeekOut.
