Responsibilities
Document Creation & Revision: Develop and update SOPs, guidelines, instructions, and other technical documents.
Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all documents meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Process Improvement: Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements in documentation practices.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to other team members on documentation standards and best practices.

Required
A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, healthcare or Technical Writing.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical writing within the healthcare industry.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience GxP compliance.
Proficiency in document management systems and familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
Project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
