Responsibilities
Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of six technology professionals, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Lead the development and implementation of new polymer resin technologies.
Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap that supports business objectives.
Manage multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in polymer resins or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of leading technology development projects from concept to commercialization.
Strong knowledge of polymer resin technologies, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
A Master’s or Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
