Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and customers, both verbally and in writing.
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all expenditures are justified and aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Develop and test applications.
Develop and manage integration between systems.
Maintain company websites, enhancing the user experiences, and implement designs from conception to completion.
Manage day to day technical support.
Provide documentation for future updates.
Manage deployments from development to production.
Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures, and systems.
Provide guidance and support as needed.

Required
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent years of professional experience in a related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Experience in project management to lead teams and collaborate effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Analytical thinking to solve problems and analyze data for improvements.
Preferred
Full-stack experience preferred, ideally with Webflow knowledge.
