Responsibilities
Build relationships with key employees among customers.
Create plans to address client's business needs.
Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
Help sales team upsell or cross sell services and products.
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.

Required
Successful and documented background supporting the delivery of solutions in the Telecom industry and documented history of expanding/growing/selling solutions (managed services/outsourcing) and consulting business to Telecom industry, specifically OSS-BSS (Operating Support Systems and Business Support Systems in Telecom space.
Exceptional Customer relationship management - both tactical and strategic.
Strong experience in Sales Process/Closing Deals for Managed Services, Outsourcing, and Consulting Services.
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
A customer-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
