Responsibilities
Product Safety Assurance: Lead safety evaluations, risk assessments, and compliance checks for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with company and regulatory standards.
New Product Development: Provide expert guidance on safety and regulatory aspects of new ingredients and raw materials, incorporating cutting-edge toxicology science and tools.
Product Documentation and Registration: Oversee the creation and submission of product documentation and studies, ensuring timely registration and compliance.
Regulatory Policy: Advise on emerging regulatory issues, contribute to policy development, and support commercial teams with scientific and regulatory insights.

Required
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MSc) in toxicology, chemistry, biochemistry, or food chemistry.
8-10 years of relevant experience in product safety, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of US food industry standards, toxicology, and safety assessment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information to non-experts.
