Responsibilities

You enjoy interpreting and distinguishing customer and stakeholder business needs, and translating them into operational requirements.
You are interested in providing problem resolutions support that crosses divisional lines of responsibility, serving as a channel to the general public, applicant, registrants, law firms, inhouse legal counsel and large and small companies.
You look forward to resolving matters of sensitive issue that complex analysis and serving as an intermediary in the resolution of complaints related to escalated customer inquiries and Information Technology (IT) system issues.
You look forward to Advising organizations management about significantly involved labor-management relations on strategic organizational call center issues impacting labor-management relations.

You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position.
Specialized experience for this position includes: 1. Experience in maintaining contact center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving anomalies and responding to inquiries and preparing action plans. AND 2. Experience in monitoring customer service workflows to identify quality issues and implement changes to processes.
Education cannot be substitute for specialized experience.
