Responsibilities
Lead the training, development and coaching program for new hires and service team members.
Maximize team potential, client service quality, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance.
Develop and analyze metrics to assess training effectiveness and impact.
Prepare training materials in a variety of instructional formats.
Deliver in-person training, collaboration and team building as needed.

Required
A minimum three-to-five years training, development and facilitation experience including preparing training materials in a variety of instructional formats.
An active Property & Casualty License is required within the first 90 days of hire and must be maintained.
Preferred
Experience working within the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry and fluency with application management systems, specifically AMS360, will be highly valuable to this role.
Creative self-starter who seeks opportunities to engage others and accomplish meaningful work.
Someone who effectively manages multiple initiatives while collaborating effectively in a virtual and in-person setting.
