Design and develop training solutions for retail teams
Lead product knowledge programs and support other training initiatives
Create course materials, storyboards, assessments, and job aids
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) training portal
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors

Required
3+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or curriculum development
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Articulate, etc.
