Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals.

Design and develop training materials in collaboration with clients and subject matter experts.

Collaborate with clients, business partners and subject matter experts to perform needs analysis, develop learning objectives and design deliverables that meet learner and stakeholder needs and organizational quality standards.

Provide guidance and coaching to training team on training strategies and program improvements.

Deliver group training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field.

7+ years of relevant experience required.

With H.S. diploma, an additional 4 years of experience is required.

With Associate’s degree an additional 2 years of experience is required.

Experience providing guidance and coaching to training specialists.

Experience in developing curriculum.

Experience in delivering group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas.

Experience delivering training to remote students using virtual tools like MS Teams.

Experience in developing training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.

Experience in developing instructional materials including simulations, step-by-step procedures, and PowerPoint presentations.

Experience in coordinating or performing administrative functions necessary to deliver and documenting training programs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active IRS Moderate Risk MBI is a plus).

Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years, and be Federal Tax compliant.
