Provides technology direction

Required

Proven experience as a Technical Architect, specifically with Twilio technologies.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable architecture solutions.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience in mentoring junior architects and development team members.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate technology solutions.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Knowledge of telecommunications and contact center technologies.

Experience in a consulting environment.
