Required
7+ years of experience
Proficiency in designing and building in Figma
Expertise in building and maintaining design systems (UI components, light/dark modes)
Experience working with preset branded design patterns
Ability to translate insights from user experience researchers into effective UI/UX designs
Knowledge and application of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Preferred
Collaborating with UX researchers to validate user resonance
Experience working in hospital/healthcare settings
Familiarity with cutting-edge technology in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings
