Responsibilities
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Collaborate with product management and product owners to define and refine requirements and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of design assets and successful implementation.
Develop and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and methodologies.

Required
Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, or similar.
Solid understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and design processes.
Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A portfolio showcasing your work.
Preferred
Experience in B2B and healthcare-related projects is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge in Angular, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required.
