Responsibilities

Review the existing voice of customer and internal stakeholder interview videos to gather a deeper perspective on the site audience, their needs and challenges with the current structures

Provide a written summary of insights for the redesign based on the existing stakeholder interview documentation

Assist with the creation of the test plan, questions, and execution of unmoderated testing

Assist with the written synthesis of the testing

Work in partnership with the UX Architect, Executive Director of UX, Project Management, and Client Strategy leads
