Responsibilities
Conduct heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues in existing applications.
Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma for desktop applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex information in an accessible manner.
Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices for the UX team.

Required
10+ years of proven experience as a UX Architect or similar role in designing complex user experiences for desktop applications.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and techniques.
Experience conducting heuristic evaluations and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
