Required
10+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
Experience working on web and mobile applications.
Experience in Healthcare Background.
Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
Understanding of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and usability testing.
Familiarity with design systems and creating responsive designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a passion for improving user experiences.
Preferred
Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development.
