Responsibilities
Conduct user research, analyze findings, and use insights to drive design decisions.
Perform usability testing to refine prototypes and validate design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate thoughtful and intuitive design solutions.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Deliver high-fidelity designs, ensuring consistency in typography, colors, and layouts across platforms.
Define the interaction patterns and behavior to create seamless user experiences.
Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistent experiences across all digital products.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning, creativity, and collaboration within the team.
Help shape the long-term vision for the user experience, aligning design efforts with business goals and user needs.
Present and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and justify design choices through data-driven insights and user feedback.

Required
9+ years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or related fields.
Experience in leading design projects from ideation to completion.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UX principles, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail across digital platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar platforms.
Experience in user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and how to design across multiple device types and screen sizes.
Expertise in creating interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and lead discussions around design thinking.
Proven ability to solve complex UX problems with creative and user-centered solutions.
Experience working within Agile or Lean frameworks is a plus.
Preferred
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation in digital interfaces.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
