Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
Lead the development and evolution of the design system, including defining design principles, components, patterns, and guidelines.
Design elegant and intuitive experiences by understanding customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and other design artifacts iteratively.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
Independently deliver UX solutions for complex problems, adapting to multiple stakeholders' needs.
Lead the UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Present design work to various teams and stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Collaborate with the UX team by providing, receiving, and incorporating design feedback.
Stay updated on the latest UX design tools and methodologies, advocating for their adoption within the team.
Manage time effectively, prioritize work between multiple projects and deadlines.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience working on an enterprise product, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Miro.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently, demonstrating bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred
Advanced degree in a design or human behavior-related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience).
Experience building and maintaining a design system that evolves with the needs of the platform.
Familiarity with the cybersecurity domain.
