Responsibilities
Lead multiple design initiatives simultaneously, managing large-scale projects with minimal oversight while aligning design strategies with client business goals.
Build cohesive, high-impact designs, including new key brand assets and design systems, using both existing styles and creativity in the absence of established brand standards.
Build strong relationships with senior client designers, directors, and product owners. Confidently present design work, gathering and synthesizing feedback effectively.
Conduct user research independently, synthesizing insights to inform innovative design solutions. Apply WCAG accessibility best practices to ensure inclusivity.
Use AI tools daily to optimize workflows and build tools that enhance the efficiency of the design process.

Required
5+ years in UX or product design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, autonomous work on complex projects.
Exceptional problem-solving ability, proactive initiative in design, and confidence in presenting and defending design decisions with examples.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including creating components for design systems and building complex prototypes.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, graphic design, and modernizing brand aesthetics.
Demonstrated ability to stay updated on design trends and implement innovative solutions that balance creativity with industry best practices.
Preferred
Experience creating new design systems tailored to client needs.
Strong ability to gather requirements and feedback effectively, ensuring alignment with both business goals and user needs.
Leadership in raising the bar of design quality within collaborative environments.
