Responsibilities

Design and execute high-quality, high-impact mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) research studies, focusing primarily on foundational and generative work.
Drive communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners, including engineering, data science, design, product/program management, etc.
Drive product strategy across product pillars via actionable insights and strong partnership with Product, Design, Engineering and other cross-functional team members.
Develop research programs that achieve business and product impact.

Required

4+ years of experience conducting research.
2+ years working on Growth initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in either qualitative and quantitative research methods (or both), including when and how to apply them during each product development phase.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Experience leading strategy within cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible, adapting to changing priorities.

Preferred

Nice to have: experience with R (for statistical analysis).
Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, related fields, or equivalent experience.
