Responsibilities

Design and conduct mixed-method UX research studies, including usability tests, interviews, diary studies, surveys, and literature reviews.

Synthesize insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve product design and user experience.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand research needs and integrate findings into product strategies.

Manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights.

Showcase research findings through a strong portfolio demonstrating method selection, insights synthesis, and recommendations.
