Responsibilities

Lead the redesign of our SaaS platform by conducting thorough user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Design intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, turning complex requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on design strategy, execution, and overall product goals.

Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide that reflects our brand while enhancing user engagement.

Analyze user feedback and behavior data to iteratively improve designs and optimize the overall user experience.

Ensure a mobile-first, responsive design approach, adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.

This role will report to the Head of Product.
