Responsibilities
Working with account teams, executive leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help customers solve their most ambitious goals
Partnering with account teams to develop strategic account visions that identify value potential and align us to board-level initiatives to cultivate executive relationships
Running design-thinking style workshops with senior customer leaders to align use cases, solutions, and expected value in a partnership with Salesloft
Evolving and creating new value frameworks and scalable collateral to support our evolving product portfolio
Delivering polished, customizable, and flexible quantitative models that clearly communicate the expected value in solving a customer’s top challenges
Taking a leadership role in coaching and advising internal account teams on a value-led sales process
Managing executive relationships and participating as executive sponsor in QBRs
Educating the market about the power of Salesloft, and supporting our biggest and most competitive enterprise opportunities by serving as the Salesloft user expert (non-technical)
Completing Salesloft training and establishing fluency on our platform
Delivering complete business cases per the quota count assigned by your manager
Assisting in training, onboarding and motivating new Lofters

Required
BA/BS from top-tier university
3-5+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, sales, or another client-facing role
Experience leading executive engagements; strong executive presence
Highly analytical with the ability to derive customer KPIS and use custom benchmarks and modeling to articulate business value
Ability to bring clarity to complex, undocumented processes and inefficiencies with simple descriptions and visuals
Ambitious with a record of high achievement
