Responsibilities
Exceed Quota by Managing Enterprise Sales
Surpass quarterly and annual sales targets across Enterprise portfolio of products
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with selling, fulfillment and ongoing relationship management with our largest clients.
Oversee the effective development and implementation of network adoption plans to allow us to land new enterprises and expand sales into the enterprise’ network of locations.
Improve Sales Processes, Productivity and Engagement
Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed revenue targets at appropriate margins.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of pipeline management, sales methods, costs, and results.
Develop promotions and campaigns and then measure their effectiveness.
Champion and optimize effective lead generation activities.
Manage sales processes across functional boundaries (e.g. pricing approval, contract review and approval).
Ensure the effective use of salesforce.com.
Measure and report success against defined criteria, performance benchmarks and objectives.
Industry Associations and Customer Conferences
Manage Constellation1's effective presence at key industry trade associations and events.
Executive Sales Leadership
Walk the talk by teaching and coaching consultative selling methods.
Create a positive work environment and be a motivator for the sales team.
Manage, motivate and train sales professionals to achieve profitable growth objectives.
Build personal relationships with CEOs and CMOs of largest prospects and ensure smooth transition of prospects to clients.
Develop personal portfolio of prospects and leverage own network to drive new sales.
Assist sales professionals with closing new deals and developing their pipelines from solicitation through sales calls through RFP to close.
Role model professionalism, living the Constellation1 values throughout all external and internal interactions.
Collaboration Across Constellation1 and Constellation Software Inc.
Work closely with the Constellation1 leadership team to implement strategies and priorities within the sales organization.
Collaborate across functional boundaries to solicit, sell and service new and existing clients.
Understand all Constellation1 solutions and capabilities and enable sales team to tap into the best solutions to meet customer needs.

Required
At least 10-15 years sales experience and 7+ years in a senior management position.
At least 5 years selling enterprise solutions in Real Estate.
Proven track record exceeding quota and building successful sales organizations.
Executive gravitas and understanding selling to the c-suite.
Ability to drive results by increasing revenue and sales productivity throughout a territory.
Demonstrated success in building world-class, geographically distributed sales teams.
Smart, dynamic, competitive leader who is capable of building a repetitive well-oiled sales machine.
Strong leader who is action oriented and 'leads from the front'.
Analytical thinker who can make swift decisions, adapt to changes while staying the course and delivering results.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
