Required
Minimum of 15 years' legal experience
Significant background in the healthcare industry, particularly in Medicaid and Medicare
Deep understanding of Medicaid and Medicare regulations, including experience in both federal and state-level compliance
Proven track record in government relations
Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements
Ability to align legal strategies with business objectives
Ability to lead high-stakes negotiations
Ability to manage complex legal matters
Ability to influence major decisions
Ability to ensure the company's legal strategy is in line with its mission and vision
Preferred
Experience in driving government relations strategy
Experience in influencing healthcare policy
Experience overseeing compliance programs
Experience leading managed care negotiations
