Responsibilities
Lead product management across Constellation1’s suite of products.
Conduct regular analytical analysis of customer needs, competitors’ offerings and greenfield sales opportunities to drive product development roadmap.
Maximize product profitability and stickiness, focusing on KPIs such as adoption and usage of new features and new MRR generated from new features.
Retain, train and recruit a strong product team for Constellation1’s front office, back office and data services operations.
Oversee the integration of Constellation1’s existing products and new products acquired during future M&A activity.
Drive the product lifecycle from vision and planning through product delivery, collaborating with executive, engineering, sales and marketing teams on product pricing and positioning strategies.
Work proactively with customers, sales, and account managers to identify new features and enhancements that will increase customer retention and generate additional revenue.
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and obtain roadmap validation through customer visits.
Act as a product evangelist and become the subject matter expert for presentations to customers, prospects, and at industry trade shows.
Drive customer usage and adoption by constantly demonstrating product value.

Required
Proven and demonstrated success leading an enterprise software product management team with a focus on long-term organic revenue growth
Experience leading in an agile development environment
Ability to successfully drive the product lifecycle from vision and planning through product delivery, collaborating across the executive, engineering, sales and marketing, teams on product pricing and positioning strategies
Ability to proactively work with customers, sales, and account managers to identify new features and enhancements that will increase customer retention and generate additional revenue
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and obtain roadmap validation through customer visits
Recruiting, training and retaining a high-performing product team
Act as a product evangelist and become the subject matter expert for presentations to customers, prospects, and at industry trade shows
