Responsibilities
Lead the strategic growth and expansion of its services business
Responsible for the execution of the company's strategic plan
Overseeing all daily activities of the asset management, operations and maintenance, and advisory services teams in the region
Manage all aspects of the business, including profit and loss
Defining and implementing growth strategies
Involved in business development
Negotiating project agreements
Ensuring the adoption of new technologies to enhance the company's competitive edge

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration
Master's degree in business administration
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the energy and/or services industry
Proven track record in the energy industry, particularly in the renewable sector
Excellent knowledge of asset management and operations & maintenance
Ability to close complex business deals
Strong background in project management
Ability to manage a team of direct and indirect reports
Strong commitment to safety
Ability to maintain good relationships with various market participants
Energy, drive, and vision to execute the company's growth strategy
