Responsibilities
Measure and monitor program actuals, forecasts and budgets and update plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely manner.
Follow financial standards & processes (e.g., monthly external revenue accruals, software capitalization, procurement & external payments).
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (Any), Telecommunications Management, or a related field
Ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation
Developing plans for large scale software implementations including the project’s overall scope, task estimation, available resources and their allocations using Gantt Charts, Work Breakdown Structure & Project Baselines
Utilizing knowledge of SDLC methodologies and proficiency with MS Project, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, MS Office and SQL tools to practice Agile Methodology and Waterfall software development lifecycle processes
Managing program budget and yearly operating budget/plan using tools including Project & Portfolio Management systems
Monitoring project costing throughout the program lifecycle for all the payments projects within the Treasury Services portfolio
