Required
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior or executive management role within a large-scale, managed care, or government program
Strong background in managed care and government programs
Ability to develop and implement an enterprise growth strategy
Expertise in business development
Proven track record of driving results in a complex business model
Deep understanding of the managed care landscape
Strong background in driving meaningful growth, innovation, and market differentiation
Deep understanding of government programs, particularly federal Medicaid law and state programs
Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, or a related field
