Oversight and accountability of property P+L and business planning efforts

Oversee and drive brand pull through strategies

Strategically manage team and guest satisfaction throughout portfolio through consistent and transparent communication

Supervise guest-facing IT strategy

Maintain asset management relationships through strategic communication

Required

Prior experience as a leader of a Hotel Operations entity required; team leadership required

Proven experience successfully overseeing the financial and strategic growth of a hotel portfolio

Ability to handle multiple high-level and top-focus priorities simultaneously without diminished results
